It was put together by today's crop of cocaine sucking computer geeks Tommy. They live in their own little drug induced netherworld where "meaning" is a very private matter discussed only with their therapists or the white coats.
It's as futile as trying to explain why idiots pay big money for art work produced by chimpanzees, squirting paint through hypodermic needles and turtles with paint on the bottoms of their little feet.
